Child Care
Full Time Live-in
The Professional Foster Parent sits at the center of our model of care and is responsible for the creation and maintenance of a healthy, positive, long-term living environment. This is a live-in full-time role.

The Emergency Foster Parent provides a stable and healing home environment for youth in need, typically short-term for emergency purposes.
Part Time
The Relief Parent assists the One Family Illinois Foster Parent in providing care and services to the children including transportation of children to recreational activities, homework assistance and therapy, and additional supervision of the children while a Foster Parent is using relief time/time off.
Direct Service / Child Welfare

The Child Welfare Specialist provides services to One Family Illinois (“OFI”) children and their families in order to achieve the particular case goal as outlined and explained in the client service plan.

The Clinical Supervisor (Community Programs) is responsible for ensuring and managing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality therapeutic services of the community-based Clinical programs in compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards and policies. In collaboration with the director of behavioral health, the community-based program supervisor will oversee service delivery, including brief individual, brief group, parent workshops/wellness programming, case management and support the initiatives across multiples sites as identified with community partners with the goal of promoting the well-being of children, individuals, families and communities.

The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing professional clinical services, including assessments, interventions, consultations, crisis intervention, and psycho-social educational therapeutic services to children, youth, families, and caregivers served ݮƵ.

The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing professional oversight to all aspects of clinical services for the RISE UP program and their assigned school including providing assessments, interventions and psycho-social-educational therapeutic services to One Family Illinois (One Family) and Community, children, families and groups.

The Family Support Specialist provides in-home intervention to children and their families utilizing a cognitive-behavioral, solution focused model to help families adopt positive solutions to problems through the teaching of skills and behavioral techniques accessing community resources and support. Intervention is provided to improve youth and family social, emotional, and behavioral well-being by using an accessible services delivery system that is flexible, culturally competent and responsive to the family. Family intervention is done primarily in the home, school, and community setting as needed.
Administrative

The Village Program Assistant provides support to Operations, providing administrative support at each Village, as well as to the programming at the Village itself, to ensure smooth running of the programmatic and administrative functions at each Village. Now hiring at Chicago Village.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist works with the CFO and other staff to review financials and perform month end close.
Part Time
The Recruitment Assistant sources the talent needed for the organization to grow and continue to thrive, with a primary focus on recruiting potential qualified Foster Parents.
Volunteer
Volunteers can join as tutors or in variety of areas such as community programming, gardening, workforce development or events at one or all of the One Family Illinois sites.

PPO or HMO plans for healthcare are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield, which you may qualify for after 90 days of full-time employment.

Ability to contribute to a 403B Retirement Savings Plan (similar to a 401K but for nonprofits), which you can contribute to yourselves out of your paychecks immediately if you choose to do so and after 12 months, the company will contribute 4% on your behalf.
The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer. More information can be found . One Family Illinois qualifies as a registered 501(c)3.
Partial tuition remission is available for employees after 18 months of service, with relevant coursework prioritized to better equip our community to serve others through their departments.
