Personal Information
We collect and store the personal information you provide us when you request information, upon event registration, or when you make a donation, either online, by phone, or by check.
You may update your contact information through the Profile update form. You cannot remove yourself from our database, but you can prevent unwanted communication.

How We Use This Information
We do not sell or share any personal information about our donors. This pertains to both online and offline contributors.
If you complete the online Profile update form and share your personal information, this information will be used only to provide you with more targeted content. We may use your contact information to send further information about our organization, including: information about events; annual fundraising appeals; newsletters; and other mailings. You may always opt out of receiving future mailings by contacting advancement@onefamilyillinois.org.
One Family Illinois will not distribute your personal data with other organizations aside from those acting as our agents in providing our services, and which agree to keep the information confidential and protected.
The personal information (name, credit card number, and billing information) given to make monetary donations through our website will be used only for billing purposes. One Family Illinois will only disclose your information to third parties for credit card processing of online donations as required by law or with your explicit consent and will not be otherwise shared.
